How to Pay the FESCO Bill?
You can pay your electricity bill in two ways: online and in person. However, paying your FESCO bill online is convenient and time-saving. Let’s explore both methods.
Online Bill Payment:
- Note down your bill’s reference number and open your mobile banking app or mobile wallet app.
- You can use all banks, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Upaisa, or other mobile wallets to pay your bill amount.
- Now open the app or any of the above-mentioned banks, and go to the utility bill payments section.
- Here you need to choose “Electricity Bill”, then “FESCO” and continue.
- You will be asked to enter your 14-digit reference number so add it.
- Now your bill amount will appear on your screen with the due date.
- The app will ask you to confirm whether you want to pay this bill or not.
- You need to allow the transaction, and your FESCO online bill will be paid.
In-Person Bill Payment:
- Take your FESCO bill with you.

1. Electricity Unit Consumed

2. FPA (Fuel Price Adjustment)

This is a government tax. It is 17% of the total bill.

4. Late Payment Surcharge
If you do not pay your bill on time, you have to pay this extra charge as a fine.
اگر آپ بل وقت پر ادا نہ کریں تو یہ اضافی جرمانہ لیا جاتا ہے۔
5. FC Surcharge (Financing Cost Surcharge)
The FC surcharge is 43 paisa per unit. It is added to help recover loan and financing costs.

6. ED (Electricity Duty)

FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company)
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) is a government-owned electricity distribution company in Pakistan. It supplies electricity. It was established in 1997 and operates under the regulations of NEPRA (National Electric Power Regulatory Authority). It also comes under WAPDA (Water and Power Development Authority).

FESCO Peak Hours
FESCO has fixed peak hours to help reduce electricity usage and save energy. During these hours, electricity demand is very high. If consumers avoid using heavy appliances at this time, it helps save electricity and reduces pressure on the system.
From April to October, the peak hours are from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
From November to March, the peak hours are from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
